    Nick and Sharon have been in the business for 20 years.   Starting with Brett Nelson of Steer N Stein Palmdale.

    Sharon & Nick left Steer N Stein  several years ago to start the Restaurant at Lake Elizabeth Golf Course and

    Sapphire Wedding Facility. After several successful years in the Lake Elizabeth area, the golf course transferred ownership,

    and the Giannini’s were on the lookout  for a new property.   The Giannini’s are now excited to be joining

    the City of Lancaster in the revitalization of Lancaster Blvd.

    Private Parties & Catering

    With the addition of a banquet room, “The Sapphire Room”, they are able to create a secluded meeting area for 50.  The Sapphire Room is

    available day or evening for private parties, they can custom design any menu for your particular event.  Christmas Parties, Bridal Showers,

    Engagement, Retirement, Birthday, Rehearsals, any special event we can assist in the catering to your specific needs.

    Blonde Ale by Mission Brewery

    Our Blonde Ale is a crisp and refreshing golden ale.  Modeled after the kolshch-style ales from Cologne, Germany.  It has a

    Meet the Owners of Lancaster’s finest Bistro on the BLVD

    Nick and Sharon have been in the business for 20 years. Starting as a dishwasher and a hostess they have learned the restaurant business from the ground up. They worked for Brett Nelson for over 15 years assisting in building the day to day operations at Steer N Stein Restaurant and Catering Co. Sharon & Nick left Steer N Stein several years ago to start the Restaurant at Lake Elizabeth Golf Course and Sapphire Wedding Facility. After several successful years in the Lake Elizabeth area, the golf course transferred ownership, and the Giannini’s were on the lookout for a new property. The Giannini’s are now excited to be joining The City of Lancaster in the revitalization of Lancaster Boulevard. Nick and Sharon look forward to meeting the Antelope Valley community for lunch or dinner.
