Meet the Owners
Nick and Sharon Giannini want to thank you for visiting us at Giannini Bistro and Grill.
Nick is our head chef and is on site almost every day to ensure perfection.
He and his long standing staff have created a menu to satisfy all culinary tastes.
The goal of Giannini Bistro & Grill is to provide great quality food at reasonable prices. Nick, Sharon and all of the staff believe
that personal customer service is a vital part of a dining or catering experience. In this day and age couples and families need a
restaurant that caters to the financial challenges without sacrificing quality or service.
They have created a unique menu meeting everyone’s desires and needs.
Nick and Sharon have been in the business for 20 years. Starting with Brett Nelson of Steer N Stein Palmdale.
Sharon & Nick left Steer N Stein several years ago to start the Restaurant at Lake Elizabeth Golf Course and
Sapphire Wedding Facility. After several successful years in the Lake Elizabeth area, the golf course transferred ownership,
and the Giannini’s were on the lookout for a new property. The Giannini’s are now excited to be joining
the City of Lancaster in the revitalization of Lancaster Blvd.
Private Parties & Catering
With the addition of a banquet room, “The Sapphire Room”, they are able to create a secluded meeting area for 50. The Sapphire Room is
available day or evening for private parties, they can custom design any menu for your particular event. Christmas Parties, Bridal Showers,
Engagement, Retirement, Birthday, Rehearsals, any special event we can assist in the catering to your specific needs.
Giannini Bistro & Grill is also able to cater at your facility of choice.

Blonde Ale by Mission Brewery
